Samuel Bedu Affel, Esq. is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the Construction Industry. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management and MBE/LLM in International Construction: Law and Practice. He also hold Bachelor of Law (LLB) and a Barrister at Law from the General Legal Council of Ghana. He is Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK) and a Member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers, International (AACEI, USA) and a Member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA). His exposure to the built environment makes him passionate about the environment by advocating for sustainable features during development.
